Nichia introduces “Nichia Light Cluster™ Type L”, a lighting LED module featuring an ultra-wide light distribution which brings new possibilities to the design of lighting fixtures
Tokushima, Japan – 1 March 2023: Nichia, the world's largest LED manufacturer and inventor of high-brightness blue and white LEDs, is pleased to publicly introduce Nichia Light Cluster™ Type L to the market.
Nichia Light Cluster™ Type L is an LED module for lighting which features an ultra-wide light distribution. This feature enables thin and lightweight fixtures which generate uniform luminescence and also realizes a comfortable lighting space that envelops the entire space with soft light.
These unique features, which are completely different from conventional light sources, bring new possibilities to the design of lighting fixtures and adds new value to lighting, such as saving resources and simplifying installation.
